  • Ahmad Dermawan Habir

    Ahmad Dermawan Habir (Derry) is the President Director of PT OES (On-line Educational Solutions) Indonesia. He received his PhD from the Research School of Pacific Asian Studies, Australian National University, and had been teaching at IPMI since its inception in 1984. He teaches Organizational Behavior and International Business. He received his MBA in International Business and a MA in International Affairs from George Washington University and the Center for Southeast Asian Studies, Ohio University, respectively. Derry is a former Dean of Business Administration and Director of The MBA Program, Swiss German University.

  • Alex Iskandar Munaf

    Alex Iskandar Munaf graduated with a degree in Business Economics from American University, Washington D.C., USA. where he also earned a Master's degree in Financial Economics. Alex has over 20 years of work experience and conducted training programs in Finance, Management and Marketing at numerous national and multinational Companies, including Vico, Siemens Indonesia, Zurich Indonesia, Bruckman, Indosat, Asuransi Allianz, Indonesia Power, Astra Part & Astra 2000, Medi Farma Laboratories, PT Pertamina, PT Indoexim Alpha, PT Telkom, PT OSRAM, PT Daimler Chrysler Indonesia, PT Nokia Indonesia, PT Microsoft Indonesia, PT Ericsson Indonesia, PT Kaltim Prima Coal, PT Air Liquid and Mc.Dermot.

  • Amelia Naim Indrajaya

    Amelia Naim Indrajaya teaches Managerial Communication and Good Corporate Governance. She had an international background, born in New York city and had spent early years education overseas. She obtained her Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering Department, Bandung Institute of Technology. She decided to pursue and focus more on the management subject. This is how she had chosen MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder, USA, as her graduate degree. She had developed a special interest on communication, leadership and inter-personal skills.

    She is the founder of PT Rentang Gunaputra, an engineering and management consulting company. She is also a trainer and motivator and had helped numerous companies, among others: Toyota, Telkom, Kimia Farma in their Communication and Leadership training program. She wrote books on communication, motivation and the art of interpersonal skill in the form of real-life stories, with the title of Bila Nurani Bicara series. The first book is now on it's 7th edition and had made her a seasoned motivator and speaker for training and seminars in Indonesia.

  • Antarikso Abdulrahman

    Antarikso Abdulrahman taught at the Smeal College of Business Administration at Pennsylvania State University (USA) and the faculty of economics of the University of Indonesia, Jakarta. He has been a consultant for the Asian Development Bank (ADB), International labour Organization (ILO), the Management Institute of the University of Indonesia, and a joint project of Bank Indonesia and the World Bank on the Small Enterprise Development Project. His professional membership includes the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, the American Production and Inventor y Control Society. Antarikso hold a Ph.D degree from the Smeal College of Business Administration of Pensnsylvania State University.

  • Arlan Septia

    Arlan Septia is one of the founders of RPE group of companies and from 1997 up to present acts as President Director of PT Reka Patria Ekaguna, a services company for Oil and Gas Industry in Indonesia. He was a lecturer for Marketing Management in Faculty of Economy of University of Tarumanegara from 2005-2008 and also as a guest speaker for entrepreneurship seminars. Arlan graduate from Doctorate Program in Marketing Universitas Indonesia.
