In the investment banking program, through the combination of case studies and lectures it allows you to develop strong technical skills in the area of high finance of investment and capital markets.

In addition, it uses English, the language of international business, as the language of learning. This provides the students with the skills and confidence to operate in an international business environment and offers a real alternative to studying for an MBA abroad. As such, it is an international and practitioner-oriented curriculum, enabling you to pursue an international business management career upon graduation. An integrated part of the curriculum is the Group Field Project (GFP) or Research Project (RP). Students have the opportunity to implement what they have learned in class to business problems through the GFP. Working in a team and under the supervision of the faculty, students are assigned to work as teams of consultants to give advise to companies, which are having management problems.

Learning in Study Groups is also part of the system. The constant exchange of ideas and sharing of experience demanded by such challenging work situation force participants to structure their arguments, to express themselves with clarity and to be flexible towards the attitudes and opinions of others – an invaluable preparation for coping with situations likely to arise in their future careers.

IPMI Business School of business has four air-conditioned, amphi-theatre classrooms with modern audio-video equipments. There are 30 computerized, Internet connected, group discussion rooms. The School also has a large, fully equipped auditorium that can seat up to 350 people as well as a current business reference library with the largest case study collection in Indonesia.
