OUR APPROACH |
|
Although we
have training modules ready to deliver but we believe that
corporate training should be customized towards the needs of
the company. Therefore, before taking an engagement we will
conduct a small survey by conducting a training needs analysis
and discussion with management on the strategy and the
direction of the company. After the needs are determined then
we will customize the modules. Should the needs are not on our
list of training modules, and then we will design and develop
the necessary module(s). During that time, we will assign the
most appropriate faculty member to develop and deliver the
module(s) |
